1. About this service

Jean-David Morgenstern-Peirolo operates Anyway and doanyway.com. Contact support@doanyway.com for support or questions about these terms. These terms apply to use of this website and requests for beta access.

The website presents the intended habit-planning experience and an illustrative interactive preview. A preview does not create an app account, save a personal plan, start a real exercise session, or promise that every shown feature is available in a released app.

2. Beta invitation requests

Selecting a store badge currently opens an invitation form rather than an immediate download. By submitting it, you ask us to save your request and email you about the requested beta access. Use your own email address or one you are authorized to use.

An invitation request is free and does not guarantee access or a release date. It is not a paid subscription or a purchase. You may withdraw it at support@doanyway.com. If access becomes available, the invitation will explain any relevant platform, testing, eligibility, and access conditions.

3. Wellness boundaries

Anyway is intended for everyday habit planning and general wellness support. The website and product preview do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, test interpretation, medication recommendations, or emergency monitoring, and do not establish a clinician-patient relationship.

Choose activities appropriate to your circumstances and obtain qualified advice when needed. Do not change treatment or delay necessary care because of this website or an app preview. No particular health or habit outcome is guaranteed.

4. Future app access and subscriptions

A released app may have additional terms and a separate privacy notice reflecting its actual operation. The planned model is a subscription with an introductory trial and no ongoing free tier. The price, duration, features, eligibility, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before a purchase is confirmed. No subscription is sold on this website.

Where a future purchase is made through Apple or Google, the relevant store also applies its own purchase, cancellation and refund process, alongside your mandatory legal rights. Deleting an app or app account does not itself cancel a store subscription.

5. Responsible use and intellectual property

Do not disrupt the service, submit automated abusive requests, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, access private information without authorization, or otherwise use the site unlawfully. Do not submit medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.

The Anyway name, artwork, interface, and site content are protected by applicable rights. Personal use of the website does not transfer those rights. Third-party store badges, fonts and software remain subject to their owners’ rights and licenses.

6. Privacy and availability

The privacy policy explains invitation information, service providers, retention, and how to request deletion. The core website works without optional analytics.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Material changes affecting an existing invitation request will be communicated as appropriate. You may stop using the site at any time.

7. Your legal rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable mandatory protections remain in place. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or a waiver of statutory rights.
